To secure your place on the retreat we ask for a £180 deposit per person. If you cancel this is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your place.
The full balance is payable by 19th June 2025 (12 weeks before the start of the retreat). We are happy to be paid in instalments if that suits you better.
Payments by BACS, cash or cheque please. All prices quoted are per person and in pounds sterling.
If you book within 12 weeks of the retreat starting the balance will be required in full at point of booking.
Once we have received your deposit we will send out a booking confirmation and your place is secured, happy times! Please check this to make sure we have all the details correct and let us know ASAP of any errors or omissions.
We understand that sometimes plans have to change and we wouldn't want anyone left out of pocket if at all possible. Therefore, if you have to cancel and we are able to resell the place your deposit and any balance paid will be fully refundable. Places can be transferable if you can find someone else to take your place.
If we are unable to resell your place the following will be payable:
Cancellation more than 12 weeks in advance - £180pp deposit payable
Cancellation 2-12 weeks in advance - 50% of the cost per person payable
Cancellation 2 weeks or less in advance - 100% of the cost per person payable
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE.
If we have to cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund.
Don't forget your passport! Make sure it is valid for 6 months after your return date, be aware of the 90 limit for Europe.
If you plan on driving in France you will need your driving licence. If you plan to take your own car you will need to check your insurance and ensure you take all the items required (log book, warning triangle, hi-viz vests, etc.) The RAC website is a useful source of information to make sure you have everything.
We recommend you obtain a UK EHIC/GHIC medical card.
Travel insurance is not included, as mentioned above we strongly recommend you organise travel insurance. You should ensure that your insurance covers all activities you are planning during your holiday.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information in our website and elsewhere is as accurate as possible, details are often published many months before the retreat takes place. We reserve the right to make changes to the website and elsewhere and any information they contain. You will be informed of any material changes before booking, or if you have already booked, as soon as they occur.
A detailed itinerary will be available at least a week before the retreat commences.
In order for us to process your booking we need to store and record your information, including data as supplied. All data will be stored securely.
